As a wife, mom, and businesswoman, Robin is the epitome of a woman that can juggle it all.

Check out her interview…

Robin Ayers Name: Robin Ayers Location: Los Angeles, CA Business Name: Its Robin Ayers Years in Business: 4-5

Are you a full or part time business owner? Full time Why did you start your business? I began interviewing people who have a story to tell. There aren’t a lot of “feel good” stories that we hear about anymore. Many celebrities are well known in the blogs for gossip/slanderous stories, but I wanted to share stories of motivation and inspiration that people needed to hear. Robin Ayers What has been the most rewarding aspect of having your own business? Sharing inspirational stories has also allowed me to be a vessel of hope and inspiration for others. People who get full when I speak my words of wisdom reward me. In addition to that, knowing that my two daughters are looking at me as a role model for starting my own business and running it with class and dignity. Nothing beats that feeling! What are your biggest challenges? I’ve been a one-woman-show, with the help of some great people along the way. The biggest challenge is learning how to delegate to people who have the same drive, vision, and passion for “goodness” that I do. So often, people are, unfortunately, driven by the amount of money or benefit that they’ll receive if they collaborate with you or work with you on a project. Finances don’t drive me, passion does. So finding people who think the same way has been a challenge thus far.

Robin Ayers

What is the best business advice you’ve ever received? “Follow your dreams, the money will come.” I don’t remember who told me that but I’ve actually heard that many times and I believe it to be true. Do you have a team or are you a one man/woman show? It’s funny that I answered this as one of my biggest challenges. I won’t be a one-woman show for too much longer though. I can feel it! Robin Ayers Where do you see your biz in the next 5 years? I’m confident that I will be hosting a show in the next 5 years, whether on a network or web based program. My vision is to be the “go to” for positive news for, not only celebrities, but everyday achievers as well. What advice would you give to other Moguls in the Making? Put your own self on the map. Grind so hard that people will begin to take note of you and pay you attention. The things you work hard for, no one can take away from you. Are you a full or part time business owner? Full time

Why did you start your business? I started my business because I know I was called and purposed for this. I am called to set a platform for the business builder, the instructor, and create a culture of training for the corporate client and business owner for their growth.

LaTonya Washington - LW Special Events What has been the most rewarding aspect of having your own business? The most rewarding aspect of having my own business is the freedom it gives me to do what I have a passion for and allow myself to use my gifts and talents to make a difference along with walking in my own destiny. What are your biggest challenges? In business, we all go through the highs and lows, we deal with seasons. The biggest challenge is making sure I stay focused on my goals. My phone rings consistently and the e-mails don’t stop. I have to ensure that my metrics are met monthly. That’s why I have my whiteboard right in front of my face. Latonya Washington - LW Special Events What is the best business advice you’ve ever received? I’ve received a lot of advice from great people. The latest was: “in order to grow, you will have to eliminate.” So that makes me realize, I have to let things go, in order to allow the new things that will take me to my next phase to enter the scene. Do you have a team or are you a one man/woman show? I have an executive assistant, assistants who help with events, graphic artist, collaborative partners and vendors that I use consistently. I see it global, even though we already have our business tours that are in California, Texas, Ohio and next year added will be Georgia and Washington. Our company will be a traveling sensation! What advice would you give to other Moguls in the Making? My advice would be not to beat yourself up in the “process of your pruning” because longevity is a process. There is no such thing as an overnight sensation. Master your talents, obtain mentorship, talk to close friends about your feelings and make God the CEO of Your LIFE! {SPEAKING} Women of Power LA Mixer

Women of Power LA MixerFrom Left: Actress/Producer/Choreographer Jivanta Roberts, Financial Coach/Author Dr. Dominique Reese, Philanthropist/Entrepreneur Uche Umeagukwu, Producer/Owner of The Barboza Method Stefanie Barboza, Business Coach/Author/Motivational Speaker Nikola Ahaiwe This past weekend, I had the pleasure of speaking at the Maximize Your Potential: Women of Power LA Mixer.  It was truly an honor to speak alongside an amazing panel of beautiful, talented, successful, and inspiring women! During my presentation, I discussed the importance of pursuing your passion and walking in your purpose.  I also had the opportunity to share my story of being laid off from my corporate job, being involved in a near fatal car accident that left me with a shattered ankle and 6 months of being unable to walk, to finally realizing my calling as a business coach and motivational speaker.
When I leave this world, I want to be one hundred percent used up...totally empty. I don't want to have a drop of talent, knowledge, resources, gifts, etc. that I did not share with the world...and neither should you. So START NOW. That business you want to start, start it. That book you want to write, write it. Whatever it is that you have been wanting to do, there is no better time than the present. It's time to start walking in your purpose.
Women of Power LA Mixer Speaking is absolutely my favorite part of my business.  I love sharing my story, because it is truly one of perseverance, resilience, and a will to succeed despite any obstacle that may be thrown your way. As I stated during the opening of my talk "If you get nothing else from hearing my story, I want this to be your takeaway: when God tells you to move (on your purpose), you MOVE."

So, what are you waiting for? Do you feel that what you are doing right now is what you have been called to do? If not, what do you need to do in order for you to start walking in your purpose?

Kenya Kirkland1 Name: Kenya Kirkland Location: Los Angeles Business Name: Kenya Kirkland, Thee Style Icon Years in Business: 3

Are you a full or part time business owner? I’m a full time business owner. Why did you start your business? I started my business because I’m passionate about inspiring women to discover their purpose and launch businesses that are flowing directly from it. In working with women on a daily basis in my boutique, Shop 1323, I have the opportunity to use style to motivate, inspire, and encourage. I decided to do more of it!

Kenya Kirkland - The Style Icon

What has been the most rewarding aspect of having your own business? The most rewarding aspect of owning my own business is the freedom I have to be a mother. I don’t have to ask for time off. My kids can go to work with me. There’s no ceiling on how much money I can make. I love that the possibilities are endless. And lastly, there is no one to control my creativity. I create what I want, when I want. What are your biggest challenges? The biggest challenge of being self employed is that there is no regular pay check to depend on, no 401k, no paid sick days, no paid vacation. You eat what you hunt. It can be both a blessing and a curse.

Kenya Kirkland - The Style Icon

What is the best business advice you’ve ever received? The best business advice I’ve ever received was to create or offer a product that my current target market desires versus selling a product and being forced to find a market. There are people around you that need and /or want something. What is it? Do you have a team or are you a one man/woman show? I have an amazing team. For years, I was a one woman show. I recently activated Faith for a team. I prayed about it and sewed a seed and my team was created! I’m so thankful to have help. It’s such a blessing to witness my vision come to life.

Kenya Kirkland - The Style Icon

Where do you see your biz in the next 5 years? In 5 years, I’ll be traveling the world speaking, hosting workshops and mentoring world changers to launch amazing businesses globally. What advice would you give to other Moguls in the Making? My advice to other Moguls in the Making is to have Faith and Trust in God. Every setback is a set up, so don’t stop. Just keep pushing through! Surround yourself with people who are in alignment with your vision...and don’t compromise. Photo Credit: Samuel Whitworth

MITM Entrepreneur Spotlight: Kiaundra Jackson

Kiaundra Jackson - KW Essential Services Kiaundra Jackson is the Co-Founder of KW Essential Services, a private practice for mental health that integrates complementary methodologies with compassion to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. She is a Marriage and Family Therapist Registered Intern specializing in improving intimacy with couples by increasing effective two-way communication. As a graduate of Azusa Pacific University, Kiaundra is currently serving a broad spectrum of clients. Among her areas of expertise are: Premarital and Marital Issues, Anger Management, Addiction, Depression, and more! Her therapeutic approach is holistic, eclectic, and tailored to her clients' needs to make sure each person is cared for biologically, emotionally, and spiritually. Check out her interview...

Kiaundra Jackson - KW Essential Services Name: Kiaundra Jackson Location: Los Angeles, CA Business Name: KW Essential Services Years in Business: 6 months

Are you a full or part time business owner? I am currently a part-time business owner; however, I am looking to become full-time within one year. Why did you start your business? I co-founded KW Essential Services out of a desire to see more individuals, couples, and families reach their true potential. Going through my own personal and familial struggles allowed me to see the areas where others may also need assistance. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I have seen too many broken homes and people struggling through life’s challenges. My passion is working with couples so my goal is to help them maintain a healthy, long-lasting relationship by giving them the necessary tools for each stage in their relationship.

Kiaundra Jackson - KW Essential Services

What has been the most rewarding aspect of having your own business? The most rewarding aspect of having my own business is seeing lives changed, relationships restored, and families reconnected right in front of my very eyes. The joy that comes with knowing the business I started, has changed other’s lives in a positive way is priceless. Many may not understand this concept, but there is something special about being able to walk with someone through the toughest times of their lives. Leaving that kind of lasting imprint is one of the best feelings in the world. In addition, the freedom to create my own schedule, not have to answer to a boss, or have someone determine by worth based on my yearly salary are also aspects that have been quite rewarding. What are your biggest challenges? Truthfully, my biggest challenge has been the person in the mirror. Starting my own business has been the best time of my life, but also the most challenging. It has required me to push myself harder than I have ever pushed myself to accomplish any goal. My whole life has changed because I had to get outside of my comfort zone, which also meant changing my thinking and leaving behind the familiar. What is the best business advice you’ve ever received? The best advice I have ever received was from a woman who told me to always be a woman of integrity. That is something I will never forget because I have embodied it into my daily life. It is important to always keep your word, be honest, and as consistent as possible. When others see those values, they are drawn to your character and cannot help but want to be associated with you on a personal or professional level.

Kiaundra Jackson - KW Essential Services

Do you have a team or are you a one man/woman show? Wendy Talley is also the co-founder of KW Essential Services. Not only is she a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, but she is also my rock. I would not be here today if it were not for her seeing something unique in me from the first time we met. We are such kindred spirits that people think we are sisters everywhere we go. There is no other person I would rather be on this journey with. Her education, expertise, and theoretical approach are complementary to mine which makes our business partnership a match made in heaven. Where do you see your biz in the next 5 years? I have huge goals for KW Essential Services. Within the next 5 years, we will be a thriving private practice serving the greater Los Angeles area and abroad. We aspire to be well-known in the field of mental health by providing workshops, seminars, conferences, and trainings. We want to expand beyond serving those in need to also helping leverage other mental health professionals to accomplish their professional goals.

Kiaundra Jackson - KW Essential Services

What advice would you give to other Moguls in the Making? The advice I would give to other Moguls in the Making is to continue to strive towards your goals, even in the face of adversity. Never allow giving up to be an option for you. The road to success may get hard, frustrating, and lonely, but the results will be worth it. I would encourage every person to pursue his or her passions in life. God designed us all to be different and unique for the purpose of using our gifts, talents, resources, ideas, and services to be a blessing to others. Therefore, someone in the world is in need of the very thing you have to offer. If you would like to learn more about Kiaundra and KW Essential Services, connect with her online:

MITM Entrepreneur Spotlight: Cortney Ren’ae

Cortney Renae

It's backkkk...finally!!!! *Drumroll Please* I have a new Mogul in the Making entrepreneur spotlight today, featuring Cortney Ren'ae, founder of Flourishe, a promotional media company that offers solutions to businesses, corporations and entrepreneurs to spotlight their brand, grow visibility and connect to their audience. This is why she is affectionately known as "the expert connector".  When she is not behind the lens shooting weddings, special events, promotional events, etc., you can find Cortney teaching video marketing workshops, hosting her own networking/collaborative events, or hanging out with her too-adorable-for-words daughter.  Check out Cortney's interview below...

Cortney Renae Flourishe Media Group

Name: Cortney Ren’ae Location: Los Angeles Business Name: Flourishe Years in Business: 5 years

Are you a full or part time business owner? I am full time. Why did you start your business? I started Flourishe originally with the intention to connect with other moms because I was a new stay-at-home mother and found myself wanting to learn how I could grow to be a great mom and my best self. I wanted to create a vehicle that would simply empower others. Today, the focus is definitely more of a niche, now having Flourishe Media Group as a department under the umbrella, but the overall focus to empower others to grow is still there, which is the beautiful part of this entire vision & creation. Cortney Renae1 What has been the most rewarding aspect of having your own business? The most rewarding aspect of owning my own business is definitely being able to create my own schedule. Where I choose to work for the day, whether its from my bed in my pj’s, or in a quaint coffee shop I run across. I go with the flow when I don’t have a shoot scheduled, and of course work around my daughter’s schedule all at the same time. What are your biggest challenges? My biggest challenges, I would say, have been to charge my worth. I was programmed with this mentality of believing that I had to be great at what I do but to also be the most affordable so people would buy. I’ve done some work around breaking down this way of thinking and performing because over time, what I’ve learned is that not charging my worth, only created more problems that cost me time, and even more money. Cortney Renae Flourishe Media Group What is the best business advice you’ve ever received? The best advice I’ve received was from a spiritual reader who was sent to me at what I feel couldn’t have been a better time in my life. She told me to “Never let anyone, EVER dim my light! That I have a light in me that shines SO bright…..and to remember to let that shine!” Do you have a team or are you a one man/woman show? I have a team of professionals I work with. Outside of the coaches I have to guide me in both my business & personal life, I have shooters that I’ll pull from our preferred vendor list, which includes some amazingly talented videographers and photographers. I’ve also began working with an incredible business who will be running our social media accounts and handling the communications with our clients on the back end, and I’m super excited about that! Once I can officially hire them FULL time, it’s going to be amazing! Cortney Renae Flourishe Media Group Where do you see your biz in the next 5 years? I see Flourishe being finely positioned in the market to be a go-to place to find information on empowering/inspiring events, training workshops, a place to find the latest industry leaders and the projects that need our community support. Flourishe Media Group will be a solutions provider to corporations & businesses, helping them to market & grow their business in this virtual world using multimedia. What advice would you give to other Moguls in the Making? The advice I’d give to others is to NEVER EVER QUIT on yourself and your dreams. To step out and be BOLD, having the FAITH that your vision is happening for a reason and it’s your responsibility to make it happen. When God gives you an assignment….it won’t go away. It will constantly show up in your thoughts, your dreams and your conversations as you talk about what your naturally talented in and what you can create. Step up, step out and be ready to make the changes necessary so that you can flourishe and continuously move into your next level of excellence. 2015 Year in Review: The Highlight Reel

What can I say about 2015?  It was definitely...interesting, to say the least. The year was filled with a lot of very HIGH high's and a few low's (hey, because life isn't perfect right?!) For the last week or so, I have been doing a lot of reflecting.  As we head into a new year, I wanted to take inventory of the good, the bad, and everything in between so that I would be better equipped to navigate my way through 2016, and it make it the best year possible. If you're an over-achiever like myself, you have a lot of big goals and dreams that you want to accomplish.  One thing I've noticed about myself is that I'm always so focused on reaching my next big milestone, that I sometimes forget to stop, appreciate, and even celebrate the things that I've already been able to accomplish. Although there were a few bumps in the road, I can definitely say that there were some pretty amazing things that happened in my life and business this past year. Let's take a stroll through my 2015 Highlight Reel, shall we: January

Mogul in the Making Entrepreneur Spotlight

2015 was definitely the Year of the Female Entrepreneur, and it was an honor for me to showcase on my blog some of the most talented, inspiring, amazing business women that I've had the pleasure of meeting, whether it was in person or solely online interaction. You ladies rock! MITM Spotlight Collage

Build Your Biz Through Blogging Workshop

In 2014, I hosted my first PAID workshop (Social Media Marketing for Small Businesses) outside of my own company events.  In the presentation, there was a small segment where I discussed the benefits of blogging for your business.  Unfortunately, because it was only a one hour workshop, I couldn't cover everything, but the students wanted MORE, and requested that I return to cover the topic.  The company agreed and brought me back in January to host the Build Your Biz Through Blogging Workshop, and it was the start of a great business relationship that led to several more workshops in 2015.  It all started when I decided to put my fear to the side, walked in and simply asked if the company would be interested in hosting my workshop.  Ask and you shall receive! Blogging Workshop March

Be Your Own Boss Conference

The Be Your Own Boss Conference allowed me to accomplish my goal of becoming a motivational speaker! After the devastating car accident that I experienced in November 2013, I made a promise to myself to share my story of overcoming tough obstacles in the hopes that it would inspire others to never stop fighting to reach their dreams. The highlight of the event was when a young lady attending from Fresno State University walked up after my speech and said "I loved your presentation...your story really inspired me to go after my dream of starting my business." Mission accomplished! Big THANK YOU to Rashunda Rene of the Inner City Youth Empowerment organization for having me. Be Your Own Boss Conference April

Became a PUBLISHED Author

I wrote this book during one of the lowest points of my life. Over the last few years, I became a single parent to two young children, experienced a devastating lay-off from my corporate job (only a few months after I purchased my home), and was involved in a near-fatal car accident that left me unable to walk for almost 6 months. I had two options: I could continue feeling sorry for my seemingly unending stroke of bad luck, or I could use these obstacles as the motivation to pursue the life I knew I was destined to lead. I chose the latter! This book is filled with stories of determination, perseverance, and triumph despite countless setbacks and obstacles. I discuss how I literally started my business from my living room sofa, with nothing but my cell phone and laptop, to go on to living life on my own terms as a motivational speaker, author, and marketing strategist/business coach. Writing and releasing my first book was truly a labor of love.  If I had to choose ONE accomplishment that I am most proud of, this would be it!  Not only was it a long time goal of mine, but finishing this book gave me the opportunity to help others realize that they too can accomplish those BIG, scary, audacious goals. Book Launch I am so grateful for each and every person that has purchased/read my book, shared it with a friend, etc.  Stay tuned, because the Unleash Your Inner Mogul Tour, as well as book #2, is on the top of my goals list for 2016! Beauty, Brains, & Bling Workshop

Beauty, Brains, & Bling is one of my FAVE workshops for young girls.  I've attended almost every session with my 7 year old twin daughters for almost two years now, so it was an absolute honor when my friend Michelle Harris Collins asked me to lead a session on Exploring Entrepreneurship.  We did a really fun exercise where the girls created a "business plan" and had the opportunity to present their idea to the group.  Fun times! I am looking forward to the next session on January 30th 2016. If you have a daughter (or know a young girl age 7-11, I highly recommend you sign her up!) Beauty Brains Bling May

Nik Gets Fit (Weight Loss Journey)

Back in April 2013, I made a decision to completely change to a healthier lifestyle by adjusting my diet, getting serious about working out, etc.  As a result I lost 30 pounds.  After the car accident, I pretty much gained all of the weight back and it was really hard to get back on track.  In May, I decided enough was enough, and even though I didn't feel physically strong enough, I started taking the steps to regain control of my health and fitness. Nik Gets Fit Collage I made a serious change to my diet by incorporating more fruits/veggies and also meal prepping.  I also started working out again, hitting the gym, doing Zumba 3 days/week and embracing my love for the outdoors by walking every morning at the park or hiking at the Culver City Stairs.  The pounds slowly but surely started dropping off again! I am not exactly where I want to be, but watch out because in 2016 I WILL get there! Weight Loss

Featured in The Huffington Post

huffington-post-logo

Receiving an email from THE Arianna Huffington that my article, "Act Like an Employee, Think Like a Boss: 5 Tips for Working Productively From Home" would be featured on The Huffington Post was such a surreal moment!  One of my major 2016 goals is to increase my brand's awareness/visibility by being featured in more magazines, blogs, tv/news shows, etc., so hopefully this was just a pre-cursor of what's to come.

Digital Media Marketing Workshop

Cheers to another successful marketing workshop! I sold my book and was asked to teach another workshop (woot!), but the best part was hearing how much I've helped someone and how excited they were to begin implementing what they learned! If you would have told me a year ago that I would be standing in a room full of people, TEACHING, I would have never believed it (I had the worst fear of public speaking and could barely even walk, for goodness sakes). But when God has a greater plan than your own, you move on it. I'm so happy to have finally found my true purpose and passion. Digital Media Marketing Workshop October

Career Day at My Daughters' School

One of the highlights of my ENTIRE year was speaking at Career Day at the twins' school. The theme of the day was "That Can Be Me", and I loved speaking with the 2nd and 3rd grade classes and encouraging them to start pursuing their dreams NOW. Career Day September

Started My Natural Hair Journey

I'm going to be honest here: transitioning back to natural is NOT easy.  As a faithful perm and wig wearer, it has definitely been an adjustment that I am still getting used to.  There are good days where I am happy to snap a selfie to document the moment, and there are bad days when I have to grab a hat and keep it moving.  But overall, I am enjoying experimenting with my hair, learning how to keep it healthy, and watching it grow.  By this time next year I hope to have a better handle on it, and I'm able to mimic the styles I love from some of my fave natural hair divas. Natural Hair Journey Collage November

Six Weeks to Self-Publishing Webinar

I planned to host this webinar much earlier this year, but due to an internet outtage in my area on the day it was scheduled, I had to postpone it.  Well, I THOUGHT that would happen within a few days, but it actually took MONTHS (long story about fear and mental blocks that kept me from doing this). Anyhoo, I was so proud of myself for getting over it and getting it DONE, because after all, done will always be better than perfect.  I will be launching the 6 Weeks to Self-Publishing online course in early 2016.  If you've been saying that this year will be the year you finally write your book, and are interested in the course, jump on my mailing list here to be the first to receive details when it is released! Self Publishing Webinar I had a really great 2015, and cannot wait to see what 2016 has in store for me.  My word for the year is GROWTH...in all areas, spiritually, mentally, physically, business, etc.

What is your word for 2016 and what do you hope to accomplish?

I started my business after being a wedding planner and noticing that their was a void in wedding magazines. They were not showcasing the real side of weddings, but all the pretty that went into it. I wanted to showcase real couples and the real side of weddings...every shape, size, and nationality, and also those incredible vendors who were not being showcased because they didn't fit in what was the traditional model of the wedding industry. I wanted to showcase not only our couples, but our vendors as well.

What has been the most rewarding aspect of having your own business? The most rewarding part of my business is the excitement from the vendors when they have been featured, or the couples when they see their wedding on the blog or in the magazine . Empowering the vendors to not only believe in themselves but to show them your work is amazing and the world believes so as well . I love being their cheerleader! I know it may sound corny but I feel like, as vendors, sometime we need the extra cheering squad. What are your biggest challenges? My biggest challenge is believing in myself, reminding myself that I am enough, and remembering why I do what I do and how much I love what I do.  Also remembering it’s okay to say no and not overstretch myself.  It's hard sometimes, but I am a work in progress.   What is the best business advice you’ve ever received? The best advice I have ever received is not to doubt myself, stay humble, and continue to learn.

Do you have a team or are you a one man/woman show? I have been a one woman show for the past 4 ½ years. I recently brought on a graphic designer to help with the magazine.  For the bridal show, we are a team of two women, myself and Diana Dorsey, who is also a wedding planner and has been working hard to bring Enchanted to new cities & states. Where do you see your biz in the next 5 years?

In 5 years...wow! I see Blissful2Be growing into a top 100 wedding blog and the magazine doing incredibly well. I see a team of 5 people working to get the magazine out bi-monthly and growing the education portion for our vendors. Keneshia Raymond4 (Photo Credit: Kaitlyn Miller Photography)

What advice would you give to other Moguls in the Making?

Starting a business is the easy part. Staying with it and growing your business is the hard part . Believe in yourself, be confident and persistent, enjoy and celebrate your success and your failure. You will hear a lot of No’s and that's okay because when you hear that one YES it will all be worth it . Stay strong and enjoy this life you are creating for yourself .   For more wedding bliss, connect with Keneshia online:

Are you a full or part time business owner?

Fulltime Why did you start your business? I had been working as a School Counselor for several years and I saw a need for a self-esteem service for girls, so I decided that enough was enough and I wanted to start one. I struggled with self-esteem my teen years, and made poor choices because of it. Then, when I was a School Counselor I saw many girls struggling just like I did. So, I made it my life’s mission to not only provide a service that gives girls an outlet to talk to someone who they can trust, but I am also their support system, accountability partner, and I give them tools and strategies to help them achieve their goals. My ultimate goal is to both empower girls and educate parents on the latest hot topic and trends affecting middle and high school girls.

What has been the most rewarding aspect of having your own business? The most rewarded aspect has been the girls’ & mom’s lives who I am able to touch. I also enjoy speaking at schools, churches, colleges and conferences which has been a lot of fun and rewarding because I am able to meet girls all across the country. What are your biggest challenges? Time management between all of my various programs Keisha Howard3 What is the best business advice you’ve ever received? To start before you are ready. Just get going. There will always be some type of excuse why you are not ready to start your business ( need a new website, need a new logo, etc. ) But, you should start before you are ready to get going. Do you have a team or are you a one man/woman show? I have a VA and an Online Business Manager. Keisha Howard4 Where do you see your biz in the next 5 years? I see myself impacting more lives of girls and moms- traveling internationally to speak at events, and hosting more online group coaching programs. What advice would you give to other Moguls in the Making? Don’t compare yourself to others – comparison kills confidence. Believe in you, and start before you are ready.
